From one carpenter's truck to the whole house
KMAX Renovations & Repairs started in 2011 as a small, local carpentry service in Guilford. The work was framing and structural repair, the kind of jobs where you find out what a house is really made of. That background is still the core of the company, and it shows in how we approach everything from a rotted sill to a full kitchen.
Today we handle framing and additions, drywall, siding and trim, windows and doors, repairs and full remodels across the shoreline and into New Haven. Family-owned and operated. Licensed and insured. The same people you meet at the estimate are the people on the job.
