New siding, deck and entry on a shoreline colonial

The old deck had rotted stairs and open framing underneath. KMAX rebuilt the deck and stairs, replaced the siding, and set a new front entry door.

Gutted basement turned into a bright family space
Out with the dated cabinets and exposed ceiling. In with new drywall, recessed lighting, a kitchenette and plank flooring that runs wall to wall.

Oak cabinets out, grey shaker kitchen in
Grey shaker cabinets, white subway tile, black hardware and new plank floors. The layout stayed, the whole feel changed.

Dated bathroom rebuilt from the studs
New tub and shower surround, vanity, fan and lighting, plus a grab bar set into blocking so it holds.
Rot foundRebuilt05 · Structural repair
Rotted sill beam found behind the siding
Siding came off and the beam underneath had gone soft along the whole wall. The rot was cut back to sound wood and rebuilt on new footings.
